Corporate Orders
What is the minimum order quantity?
We have a low minimum order quantity, 10.
How much lead time is required?
Generally, for corporate orders, we can process orders within 1 to 2 weeks.
For a more customised order, including large quantities, ideally we prefer a lead time of 2 to 3 months.
Either way, please feel free to reach out to us and we can work something out.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes we do!
When requesting a quote, please let us know estimate quantities you are looking at, and which corporate gift package you are after.
Subscriptions
What are Plucks of the Month subscription?
You will receive 3 sample sizes of teas, based on a pre-selected theme, with a total of about 8 to 12 cups of tea. Subscription includes free shipping via Australia Post.
Can you give examples of previous Plucks of the Month subscription?
Yes, of course. Some of the exciting themes we've had included Chocolate Moments, Romance in Bloom, Sip & Shine and Island Escape. We are always looking out for new themes. Feel free to contact us if you have any suggestions.
What are Personalised subscription?
You will receive 3 sample sizes of teas, that have been selected based on your tea preferences, with a total of about 8 to 12 cups of tea. Subscription includes free shipping via Australia Post.

How do I know when my monthly box gets shipped?
You will receive an email notification of when your box has been shipped.
Please Note: We prepare our boxes at the start of every month and start to ship them out by mid-month.
Can I gift a subscription?
A gift subscription is a perfect for beginners and tea lovers. You can purchase a gift subscription here!
When purchasing a subscription for someone else, we recommend to purchase a gift subscription.
This allows your receiver to receive information about their subscriptions and product updates, and able to track when their subscription box has been shipped.
What if I have allergies?
Please let us know if you have any allergies when purchasing your subscription.
We will endeavour our best to ensure that you do not receive any ingredients you are allergic to.
Are the teas always different?
Yes! Each box that you receive will be different for the duration of your tea subscription.
It says that my order has been completed. But I still have 5 more months of subscription left.
Not to worry! The “completed” status simply means your initial order has been processed. You will continue to receive your monthly tea cases for the remaining months of your subscription. We’ll let you know when your final tea case is being sent.

I've moved. How do I change my shipping address for my subscription?
You can email info@teatasters.com.au to update your shipping address.
Please indicate your full name, and order number (if applicable). This allows us to easily find you in our system.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 for Australian orders. Free standard shipping applies for orders above $80. Subscription boxes already include shipping.
When will my order be processed and shipped?
Orders are processed typically within 2-3 business days; delivery by Australia Post, which takes around 3-7 business days depending on location. Subscription box processing may differ.
