When is my first box sent?
It is usually sent within 3 business days.
However, if you have purchased after the 25th of the month, your box will be delayed until the first or second week of the following month.
You will be notified via email, once the first box has been sent out.
How much tea is included?
We curate at least 8 to 10 cups per box.
Can I tell you my tea preferences?
Personalised Subscriptions: After placing your order, we'll send you a short questionnaire so you can tell us about your tea preferences. We'll use your responses to curate a selection that's tailored just for you.
Plucks of the Month Subscriptions: Each month's box is thoughtfully curated around a unique theme, allowing you to discover a new selection of premium teas and enjoy a fresh tea experience with every delivery.
What if I have allergies?
Of course! Please let us know if you have any allergies when purchasing your subscription.
We will endeavour our best to ensure that you do not receive any ingredients you are allergic to.

When purchasing a subscription for someone else, we recommend to purchase a gift subscription.
This allows your receiver to receive information about their subscriptions and product updates, and able to track when their subscription box has been shipped.
